Our team created Endeavor, a job app that centers what applicants actually care about: transparency, fit, and simplicity. It included a smart matching score, full resume/app tracking, and a clean end-to-end application flow.

The brand aimed to feel trustworthy and human, calm, not corporate or full of sponsored results. I created a reusable component set to stay consistent across the platform and allow flexibility in layout.

A key feature was the matching score. We designed it to show how closely each job aligns with a user’s preferences, like salary, location, and experience, so they could stop wasting time on dead end listings.

The full flow was designed to feel like progress, not punishment. Users could save resumes, track submissions, and apply confidently without re-entering the same info a dozen times.

Designed a full featured mobile app prototype with a team of peers, focused on user-first solutions like job match scoring and resume storage, delivered a complete high fidelity flow with branding, systems, and UX logic.

This project grounded my belief that design should empower the user, not just serve business goals. We built Endeavor from the applicant’s perspective, and it reminded me how much power thoughtful design has to reduce stress, increase confidence, and return time to the people using it.
